We didn’t want you to feel that we’ve forgotten about you. Besides, you are an important part of this “Triad” in addition to the ride hail companies and drivers.
We hear it all the time what you think about Uber, Lyft, and other ride hailing companies—they’re fantastic! Right? I mean, the convenience of it all—door-to-door service, someone “nice” to talk to, someone who drives you safely to your destination, a clean car (ok, maybe not always), and who sometimes offer you water, a stick of gum—you get my point.
We enjoy picking you up and dropping you off, except for the occasional “incidents” we sometimes have to deal with. But, hey, that’s all part of the job and we love you!
